
Refund Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Future Point Innovations, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") maintains a strict no-refund policy on all services. By engaging our services or submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree that all fees are non-refundable.
1. All Sales Are Final
All fees paid to Future Point Innovations, LLC are non-refundable, including but not limited to fees for:
Consulting and organizational development engagements
Leadership coaching and advisory services
Facilitation, workshops, and training sessions
Assessments, diagnostic tools, and related reports
Digital products, downloadable materials, and resources
This policy applies regardless of whether services have commenced, the reason for cancellation, or the amount of notice provided.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel a scheduled service, we encourage you to contact us as early as possible. While no refund will be issued, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule your service at a mutually convenient time, subject to availability.
3. Goodwill Exception: Company-Initiated Cancellations
In the rare event that Future Point Innovations, LLC must cancel a confirmed engagement due to circumstances on our end (including but not limited to illness, emergency, or unavoidable scheduling conflicts), we will offer the client one of the following remedies at our discretion:
A full credit toward any future service of equal or lesser value; or
Rescheduling of the original service at no additional charge.
Credits and rescheduling options issued under this exception must be redeemed within six (6) months of the original cancellation date. After this period, the credit or rescheduling offer expires, and no further remedy will be provided. This exception does not apply to client-initiated cancellations, client-requested schedule changes, or cancellations resulting from force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
4. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for delays or cancellations caused by events outside of reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will work in good faith to reschedule services. No refunds will be issued; however, we will honor any rescheduling within the six (6) month window described above, where applicable.
5. Acknowledgment
By submitting payment or signing a service agreement with Future Point Innovations, LLC, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy. We encourage all prospective clients to review the full scope of services and ask any questions before committing to an engagement.
